About the Course

Our future is dependent on our understanding of the complexity of water and how its use must be managed for development. The world has an increasingly growing population, which increases the pressure on water resources and places limits on water availability. This course aims to introduce you to understanding what interventions and technologies may be employed to ensure sustainability. The course will investigate solutions and interventions to water-related human health impacts and the climate crisis.

Ms. Leneka Rhoden is an Environmental Scientist and Consultant, Development Project Manager, Experienced Educator, Entrepreneur and Business Development Consultant, and She holds an Honors BSc. Degree in Marine Biology and International Relations, extensive certification in Project Management and is currently an MPhil candidate in Environmental Biology at the University of the West Indies, Mona (UWI).
